My favorite sport

   I am going to write about my favorite sport. My favorite sports are volleyball and basketball. I often do those sports with my club member. I learned how to play volleyball when I was an elementary school student. I felt that the practice of volleyball was very hard. My most hateful exercise was a muscular training. However, I enjoyed playing a game. Also, I like watch the game of volleyball! I watch the game of representative of Japan every time. I did basketball as a club activity when I was an elementary school student. Basketball player need to build up theirs physical strength, so we usually did training to run. It was very hard, but I like doing the game of basketball.

My favorite food

   I am going to write about my favorite food. My favorite food is sweets. In particular, I like chocolates very much. However, I do not eat bitter chocolates. There are always chocolates in my house, so I almost eat them. A short time ago, I went to Tosu. I drank a chocolate drink of Godiva in Tosu premium outlet. Godiva is famous for a chocolate. The most popular menu of Godiva in Tosu is milk chocolate decadence. I drank it for the first time. It was very good!! As for me, that taste is unforgettable. I think that Godiva’s chocolates are the best chocolate that I have ever eaten. I want to eat Godiva’s chocolates again. Please be sure to try it!

Something special I did during this vacation

   I will write about something special I did during this summer vacation. I went to camping in this summer with my best high school friends. I did camping for the first time. We stayed at Minami-Aso. First day, we went shopping, and we brought some foods and drinks. After shopping, we went to Minami-Aso. First, we pitched a tent. It was a little difficult, but it was very fun!! Then, we prepared for a barbeque. I made a fire and grilled meats and vegetables. It’ taste was very good. In that night, we enjoyed doing sparklers. Second day, we got up at 5 a.m., and we put our tent in order. Then, we went to a river in Kikuchi, and we enjoyed swimming. I enjoyed this camp very much!!

Good and bad points about summer

   I think that summer has some good and bad points. First, I will write about good points about summer. I think that we can enjoy something in summer. For example, we have some summer festivals, we can enjoy swimming in a sea or a pool, and we can go camping. We can not do those things expect summer. Second, I will write about some bad points about summer. I think bad point of summer that it is the weather. That’s because, summer is very very hot! Also, some typhoons hit our city in summer. Typhoons cause some disaster. For example a heavy rain, a mudslide, and so on.

How I study during the vacation

   In this summer vacation, I think that I have to study English hard! That’s because I want to improve my English skills. In particular, I want to improve my listening skill. I am not good at listening to English. That’s why I have to listen to English more. I have some plans to improve my listening skill. First, it is to listen to English music. I like Western music, so I will able to continue this. Second, it is to listen to English news. I have some CD of English news. I think that I have to make good use of the CD in improve my listening skill.

What classes I will take next term

   I will take 15 classes next term, five of which are compulsory classes. Those are Writing, Reading, Listening, Speaking, and International Society and Japan. I like studying English, so I like English classes. In addition, I will take two Spanish classes, Modern History of Japan, and so on. In particular, I am looking forward to take Psychology class and English Language Education of Child. That’s because I am interested in Psychology.  I like children and English, so I think that I want to teach English for children. In next term, I want to improve my English skills!! That’s why, I will hold out studying English!

My vacation plans / preparation

   I have same vacation plans.
   First, I am going to do camp with my friends. We will go to Mimamiaso in August 13 and 14. We will pitch a tent ourselves. We will do a barbeque, do sparklers, and go boating on the river. I am looking forward very much! 
   Second, I am going to a summer festival in Yamaga. Yamaga has a famous summer festival every year. It is called “Yamaga Touro Festival.” This year, it will be held in August 15 and 16. First day, it has a lot of fireworks. Second day, it has “Sennin Touro Odori.” I am going to go both day!
