I explain that how to make an original rice ball of my house. The original rice boll is called “Omuoni” in my family. It is a rice boll in the style of an omelet containing fried rice. I like it very very much! It is very delicious. When I was a junior high school student, my mother often put this rice boll in my picnic lunch. Therefore, this rice boll is taste of my memory. I introduce how to cook it.
First, I make ketchup rice. Things to prepare are rice, wieners, a corn, a carrot, a green pepper, an onion, salt and pepper, and ketchup. My family’ ketchup rice don’t use a chicken. I use wieners instead. Then, I cut wieners, a carrot, a green pepper, and an onion finely. Next, I fry them. The point is that I fry from things which do not burn. Next, I season with ketchup and salt and pepper.
After that, I make an omelet. The materials are eggs, sugar, salt, and mayonnaise. I mix them and bake it. The point is that my family use mayonnaise in an omelet. By doing so it, an omelet is soft very much. In addition, I have to bake this omelet widely and thinly to be able to wrap ketchup rice.
Finally, I wrap ketchup rice with an omelet. And then, I wrap a little ketchup with an omelet. Please be careful that do not tear an omelet. If you can not wrap well, please use a rap!
The original rice boll of my house is completion in this. It is very easy to make it. Today, I make it with oneself. Also, I bring it in our college as my lunch. Therefore, please try cooking the original rice boll.
